What is an SDX reference deployment?

Node ID: reference_deployment

An SDX reference deployment is a public demonstration of a method or evidence layer.

It may show reproducibility, sealed provenance, method execution, evidence structure, and a bounded demonstration case. It is designed to prove that part of the SDX evidence infrastructure works and can be inspected.

A reference deployment is not an institutional report, not a customer dossier, and not a decision-grade output. It does not contain a commissioned mandate, a bounded institutional question, statement governance for a customer decision, or a full possibility field.

This distinction is intentional. Public reference deployments demonstrate the evidence factory without giving away the commissioned decision layer. They show how SDX produces reproducible evidence, while commissioned dossiers apply the system to a specific institutional mandate.

A reference deployment should therefore never be framed as a free SDX report. It is a public method proof, not the product sold to institutions.
